These delectable sweet potato biscuits were previously sold by Smithfield Marketplace, Edwards Virginia Smokehouse and several other companies. Often imitated, NEVER duplicated. Taste the difference! This signature product is slightly sweet and moist, filled with fresh spices and sweet potatoes. They are the perfect compliment to our Smithfield Virginia Ham. Hands down one of the most delectable traditions of the South!

      Preparation May be served cold, or gently heated at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Servings Four servings per lb. for main entrees; 6 servings per lb. for appetizer; 49 1” biscuits per lb.; or 40 2 1/2” biscuits per lb. Shelf Life Store up to 10 days without refrigeration; 8 weeks when refrigerated; or 4 months frozen.
