Old fashioned dry-cured bacon that's been hand-rubbed with just the right blend of sugar and salt. Then the flavors are allowed to develop as it's slowly cured and smoked over hardwood fires.
Ranges from 4 to 8 lbs.
Storage & Preparation Tips
Fry over medium heat in skillet until slices are 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
May be refrigerated at 40 degrees Fahrenheit for up to two months and frozen for up to six months.
